Provides executive technical accountability for the Chrysalis molybdenum-99 production facility from design through construction, commissioning, startup, and turnover. Integrates multidisciplinary engineering, resolves high-consequence technical issues, manages engineering risks, leads hazard reviews and investigations, and drives reliability and operability. Represents engineering status and risk to executives and regulators while supporting capital planning, schedule, safety, compliance, and facility readiness.

Lead SHINE's enterprise information security program, focusing on governance, risk management, compliance (NIST/CMMC/ISO), incident response, vendor security, and oversight of operational security activities across IT, cloud, and OT/ICS environments.
