Manages commercial and U.S. Government contracts, grants, subcontracts, purchase orders, and related contractual instruments throughout their lifecycle. Reviews solicitations and contractual documents, interprets FAR, DFARS, and DEARS requirements, manages flow-down provisions, supports negotiations and modifications, maintains auditable records, monitors compliance, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and assists with contract closeout and business development initiatives.

Designs and documents nuclear facility plant systems using AutoCAD Plant 3D, Revit, and SolidWorks. Creates piping, mechanical, structural, architectural, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical models and drawings. Performs model coordination, clash detection, field walkdowns, as-built verification, and design updates. Supports safe isotope production systems and collaborates with engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve design conflicts.

Processes, quality-checks, distributes, and maintains controlled documents and records in the company’s electronic document management system. Supports Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Operations teams by capturing accurate metadata, assigning document identifiers, maintaining hard copies, and ensuring compliance with retention procedures. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, independent work capability, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. The role may be hybrid or remote with occasional travel.
