Lead development, review, and execution of commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for cGMP facility utilities, equipment, and processes. Create Master Validation Plan, SOPs, process/cleaning/software validations, stability testing, packaging/labeling processes, and risk matrices. Coordinate validation activities, analyze data, prepare reports, perform supplier audits, train staff, and report progress to leadership.

Lead engineering design for a used nuclear fuel recycling pilot facility from preliminary design through detailed design, NRC licensing, procurement, and construction. Build and lead the core engineering team, maintain baseline design documentation, develop equipment data sheets, perform and review nuclear analyses (radionuclide inventories, dose rates, shielding, waste classification), participate in HAZOPs and design reviews, guide equipment layout, manage schedule/budget, identify technical risks, and mentor junior engineers.

Own FP&A financial tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting. Maintain rolling 12-month OpEx forecast and headcount model, produce contractual reporting deliverables, and partner with department heads to ensure budget accountability and compliance.
