Drive new business sales for Daylight PMS and Infrasys POS across an assigned US/Canada territory, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Generate pipeline via outbound outreach, in-person hotel visits, events and networking; conduct demos, tailor proposals, manage CRM pipeline and forecasts, and collaborate with SDRs and marketing. Build relationships with hotel owners, operators and executives, meet revenue targets, and travel regularly (up to 50%) to represent Shiji at industry events.

Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities across Mexico and the U.S.; build pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up; schedule meetings for sales, support event participation and setup, maintain Zoho CRM records, research market and competitors, test outreach techniques, collaborate with sales executives, and meet weekly/monthly KPIs.

Sell hotel and F&B IT solutions across the Middle East by identifying opportunities, managing the sales cycle, building client relationships, delivering presentations and proposals, tracking pipeline and forecasts, collaborating with pre-sales/marketing/product teams, and supporting post-sale transitions and documentation.

Lead sales efforts in Saudi Arabia for hotel and F&B IT solutions: develop territory strategy, manage full sales cycle, build client and partner relationships, coordinate with pre-sales/marketing/product teams, track pipeline and forecasts, and support post-sale transition and documentation.

Sell Shiji POS and related hospitality solutions across the Nordics by identifying opportunities, building and managing a pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing new and existing client deals. Present product portfolio including POS, digital solutions, and payments while analyzing market dynamics to capture business.

Perform on-site or remote F&B POS implementations for hotels and restaurants: install and configure hardware and software, test networks and devices, configure menus, train users, provide go-live and post-go-live support, document setups, and coordinate with product, support, and development teams.

Design and architect scalable, secure enterprise back-end systems using Java/Spring Boot, CQRS, messaging and RESTful APIs; collaborate in Agile teams, mentor developers, refactor for performance and cost, integrate cloud deployments and security, and lead data transformation initiatives.

Drive long-term customer value by building stakeholder relationships, ensuring product adoption, managing post-implementation transitions, conducting business reviews and health checks, resolving escalations, identifying churn risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and influencing product improvements based on customer feedback.

Provide first-line (L1) technical and application support via phone, email, and ticketing. Monitor system alerts, troubleshoot performance and usability issues, escalate P1/P2 incidents, document interactions, support client onboarding and basic training, maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and suggest product/service improvements.

Provide first-level technical support for Daylight PMS customers via phone and electronic channels. Troubleshoot, replicate, diagnose issues, document resolution steps, escalate when needed, update knowledge base, and attend product training to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.

Implement and configure Shiji PMS and Meetings & Events solutions for hospitality customers across the Middle East. Provide technical consultancy, integrate PMS interfaces, configure fiscal/legal settings, train staff, manage go-live activities onsite, report project status, and deliver internal consultation. Frequent travel (70-80%) required.

Coordinate international hardware order fulfillment, shipments, customs documentation, inventory and returns with warehouses, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams. Maintain records, support demand forecasting, and identify process improvements to streamline logistics operations across regions.
