Serves as the front desk’s primary contact for visitors, employees, and clients. Manages visitor access, badging, inquiries, meeting and conference room scheduling, mail, deliveries, supplies, vendors, and office events. Partners with Facilities, IT, and Security teams to support workplace operations, maintains records, and handles sensitive information discreetly. This is an on-site Monday–Friday role in Lviv, Ukraine.
