Plan, implement, document, and evaluate recreational and leisure programs for skilled nursing residents. Conduct resident interviews and assessments, coordinate outings and volunteers, maintain documentation, participate in care planning, and collaborate with clinical and support teams to support resident quality of life.

Oversee nursing operations and supervise clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care. Provide clinical leadership, support staff development, coordinate interdisciplinary care, monitor medications and treatments, participate in staffing and quality initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, and provide direct nursing care as needed.

Provide professional nursing care to residents across all shifts: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care; document in SOAP format; mentor staff; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and pursue ongoing professional development. Must hold RN or LPN licensure.

Evaluate, plan, and implement nutritional care for residents; interview and monitor patients, calculate diets and calorie counts, update nutrition records, assist with menus, provide nutrition education, perform clerical and quality-assurance tasks, and ensure regulatory compliance and patient confidentiality.
