Provide courteous front-desk reception and switchboard services for residents, visitors, employees, and vendors. Perform administrative tasks (mail, filing, data entry, petty cash), security-related rounds and incident reporting, assist Environmental Team duties, follow emergency procedures, and notify appropriate personnel of arrivals or safety concerns. Weekend evening shift, part-time.

Plan, implement, document, and evaluate recreational and leisure programs for skilled nursing residents. Conduct resident interviews and assessments, coordinate outings and volunteers, maintain documentation, participate in care planning, and collaborate with clinical and support teams to support resident quality of life.

Oversee nursing operations and supervise clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care. Provide clinical leadership, support staff development, coordinate interdisciplinary care, monitor medications and treatments, participate in staffing and quality initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, and provide direct nursing care as needed.
