Coach, guide, and facilitate the Enterprise Data and AI program across multiple teams and business partners. Lead Agile program delivery, coordinate stakeholders, drive program outcomes, and maintain accurate documentation and communication using collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Lead operational planning and efficiency improvements for the Enterprise Data organization. Guide technical leads and managers on data analytics, data science, and engineering projects, automate processes to increase delivery capacity, and own key metrics and accountability.

Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build visualizations, statistical models, and recommendations that improve business growth and operational efficiency.

Manage documentation, communication, and workflows for new life insurance applications. Act as liaison between underwriters, medical records retrieval, and field sales; process APS/EHR/RXScore/MIB/MVR and other documents; maintain systems and ensure timely, accurate information flow throughout underwriting.
