Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of data warehouse operations. Build scalable data storage, processing, integration, replication, transformation, and analytics solutions using Snowflake, AWS, Qlik tools, dbtLabs, and Astronomer. Apply data modeling, ETL, governance, quality, lifecycle management, SQL, and scripting expertise while troubleshooting engineering issues and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Leads an analytics team and uses advanced Tableau expertise to create impactful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Translates business questions into analytical approaches, works with complex datasets, and delivers data-driven insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities also include statistical analysis, data extraction, cleaning, transformation, stakeholder communication, people management, and prioritizing multiple projects.

Reviews, researches, analyzes, and prepares claims files for arbitration. Negotiates settlements within authority limits, advises claims personnel on arbitration procedures and decisions, and conducts workshops and presentations for branches, schools, and seminars to promote the arbitration process.

Lead operational planning and efficiency improvements for the Enterprise Data organization. Guide technical leads and managers on data analytics, data science, and engineering projects, automate processes to increase delivery capacity, and own key metrics and accountability.

Processes payroll and administers benefit plans while providing customer service and following applicable policies and regulations. Reviews and audits HRIS information for accuracy and compliance, coordinates with vendors and third-party administrators, answers payroll and benefits questions, prepares reports, and supports defined benefit and defined contribution plan compliance. Requires strong communication, organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, and HRMS proficiency. Payroll or benefits experience is preferred.

Conduct research, analyze and prepare investment reports for a $6.5B portfolio across fixed income, public equity and alternatives. Monitor internal and external managers, perform due diligence on opportunities, prepare reports for the Investment Committee, execute purchase/sale transactions, and support regulatory and audit reporting while improving monitoring processes.
