Provides introductory insurance industry experience while developing office and software skills in a part-time (28 hrs/week) role for at least one year.

Review, analyze, and process advertising and agency invoices; communicate with agents, media reps, and billing agencies to reconcile discrepancies, obtain documentation, approve corporate payments, and initiate co-op deductions.

Drive profitability, operational effectiveness, compliance, customer service, and growth through cross-functional alignment and disciplined execution.

Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and architecture. Build and optimize Snowflake data storage and processing. Use Qlik Replicate/Compose, DBT Labs, Astronomer, GitHub, cloud platforms, SQL and scripting to enable reliable ETL, data quality, governance, and cross-functional analytics.

Coach, guide, and facilitate the Enterprise Data and AI program across multiple teams and business partners. Lead Agile program delivery, coordinate stakeholders, drive program outcomes, and maintain accurate documentation and communication using collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Lead operational planning and efficiency improvements for the Enterprise Data organization. Guide technical leads and managers on data analytics, data science, and engineering projects, automate processes to increase delivery capacity, and own key metrics and accountability.

Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build visualizations, statistical models, and recommendations that improve business growth and operational efficiency.
