Provides payroll and HR operations support for global and U.S. stakeholders. Manages Salesforce cases, payroll inquiries, handoffs, SLAs, KPIs, audits, data privacy, financial controls, and third-party provider relationships. Ensures accurate payroll data and documentation, supports compliance and continuous improvement, and escalates complex issues. Requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills, SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, payroll accounting knowledge, and willingness to work U.S.-aligned night shifts.

Provides independent assurance over IT risks and controls across infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity. Conducts ITGC and ITAC testing, reviews control design and effectiveness, identifies weaknesses, tracks remediation, and advises stakeholders on governance and risk mitigation. The role also oversees assurance planning, reporting, policy compliance, tool accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.

Analyze and optimize the lubricants supply chain across procurement, production and route-to-market. Build and run scenario models, reduce total landed cost, monitor KPIs, collaborate with logistics/procurement/production, and mentor analysts to support S&OP and operational improvements.

Lead SAP HCM/HRM functional design and configuration for Time Writing integration with Project System and finance. Deliver end-to-end implementations, build configurations, develop technical specifications, run tests, resolve defects, support production, coach delivery teams, and drive functional improvements while ensuring documentation and compliance with IT standards.

Manage Shell’s indirect sales channel in India by growing revenue through distributor networks. The role develops distributor business plans, monitors financial and sales performance, implements marketing and value propositions, supports customer conversions, and improves distributor profitability. Responsibilities include coaching distributor sales teams, managing pipelines, collaborating cross-functionally, tracking market trends, resolving complex issues, and ensuring HSSE and ethical compliance. Relocation to or work in Vadodara or Surat is required.
