Provide front-line sales support for venue rentals: answer inbound inquiries, maintain CRM records, pull sales reports, assist accounts receivable follow-up, and coordinate cross-portfolio intake to ensure consistent customer experience. Does not negotiate pricing, manage events, or own sales targets.

Greet guests, sell merchandise, process payments via POS, maintain gift shop cleanliness and presentation, support fundraising/event sales, follow opening/closing procedures, and provide friendly, informed customer service while assisting Park staff as needed.

Maintain park grounds, facilities, and wildlife stewardship to ensure visitor safety and excellent experience. Perform preventative maintenance, litter management, gate and building opening/closing, emergency assistance, event support, and enforce park rules. Operate equipment and vehicles and respond to injured or deceased animals following regulations.

Execute marketing for ticketed events and venue rentals: create and update web content, email campaigns, social media, and onsite signage. Use AI tools for copy, manage assets and calendars, support influencer coordination, track campaign performance, and assist with post-event reporting to align marketing with sales priorities.
