Provide front-line sales support for venue rentals: answer inbound inquiries, maintain CRM records, pull sales reports, assist accounts receivable follow-up, and coordinate cross-portfolio intake to ensure consistent customer experience. Does not negotiate pricing, manage events, or own sales targets.

Lead Ranger oversees daily safety, cleanliness, and readiness of assigned park zones, performs and directs maintenance and inspections, coordinates contractors, documents work in MaintainX, mentors Rangers I/II, and supports conservation and bison care activities. The role combines hands-on operational tasks with vendor/project coordination and cross-department collaboration.
