Lead detailed engineering design of gravity irrigation canal systems, including hydraulic analyses, control structures, canal lining, drainage, rehabilitation strategies, hydraulic modeling, SCADA/GIS integration, BoQs, O&M plans, stakeholder consultations, and preparation of FIDIC/EIB-compliant tender documentation.

Lead hydraulic design of pressurized irrigation pipeline networks, optimize water distribution, size pipelines, select materials, and prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, specifications, and O&M plans. Perform hydraulic modeling (EPANET), design ancillary infrastructure (air valves, filters, pressure control), coordinate with SCADA and other specialists, and support FIDIC tender documentation and stakeholder consultations.

Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering infrastructure, transportation, structural, and civil engineering projects. Provide technical leadership, ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance, manage budgets/schedules/resources/risks, mentor staff, support business development, and represent the firm to clients and stakeholders.

Lead procurement monitoring and reviews for a Third Party Monitoring project in Juba. Verify contract compliance, measure procurement performance with KPIs, investigate variations and discrepancies, and conduct field visits to assess goods, works, and services implementation.

Provide technical leadership for assessment, rehabilitation, and detailed engineering design of irrigation and hydraulic tunnels. Perform hydraulic and structural analyses, develop rehabilitation solutions, prepare drawings, specifications, BoQs, cost estimates, and tender documents, coordinate multidisciplinary design, ensure compliance with Georgian and international/IFI standards, and support field investigations and technical workshops.
