Prepares technical calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, schedules, and cost inputs; supports design reviews, constructability, construction administration, commissioning, and operational readiness. Provides quality control, mentors staff, and contributes to proposals and client presentations. International and domestic travel is expected.

Leads physical-security assessments, protective design, vulnerability analyses, and security-upgrade programs for diplomatic facilities worldwide. Coordinates security requirements across architecture, engineering, construction, operations, and government stakeholders. Develops security criteria, technical reports, scopes, phased implementation plans, and cost and schedule inputs. Oversees perimeter protection, access control, standoff, forced-entry and ballistic resistance, blast mitigation, quality-control reviews, and construction-phase security coordination. Handles sensitive government information and mentors security staff. International and domestic travel, including short-notice overseas assignments, is expected.

Leads historic-building, cultural-resource, and heritage-landscape assessments and preservation assignments. Develops rehabilitation, adaptive-reuse, conservation, and treatment recommendations while integrating preservation requirements with modernization, security, accessibility, sustainability, and mission continuity. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, host-country authorities, consultants, and government stakeholders; prepares technical reports, scopes, schedules, cost inputs, and decision documents; conducts quality-control reviews and mentors preservation staff. International and domestic travel is expected.

Leads multidisciplinary master planning for diplomatic facilities, campuses, infrastructure, and portfolios worldwide. Develops site-utilization plans, development scenarios, space analyses, phasing strategies, capital improvement plans, feasibility studies, and implementation roadmaps.
