Supports business development, capture planning, opportunity tracking, proposal management, partner coordination, compliance, forecasting, and submission production across international, domestic, and U.S. federal markets. Coordinates internal teams and external partners, maintains proposal resources, develops capabilities materials, and supports pricing, presentations, and business development strategy execution.

Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering infrastructure, transportation, structural, and civil engineering projects. Provide technical leadership, ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance, manage budgets/schedules/resources/risks, mentor staff, support business development, and represent the firm to clients and stakeholders.

Lead hydraulic design of pressurized irrigation pipeline networks, optimize water distribution, size pipelines, select materials, and prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, specifications, and O&M plans. Perform hydraulic modeling (EPANET), design ancillary infrastructure (air valves, filters, pressure control), coordinate with SCADA and other specialists, and support FIDIC tender documentation and stakeholder consultations.
