Develops conceptual through detailed estimates, schedules, cash-flow forecasts, and risk analyses; evaluates logistics, procurement, security, and host-country impacts; reviews design and constructability; supports budgeting, change management, value engineering, and cost-to-complete analyses; maintains estimating databases and mentors staff.

Leads electrical engineering assessments, design, modernization, and infrastructure upgrades for mission-critical facilities worldwide. Evaluates power, distribution, lighting, grounding, controls, emergency systems, reliability, code compliance, and energy efficiency. Prepares technical calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, schedules, and cost inputs; supports design reviews, constructability, construction administration, commissioning, and operational readiness. Provides quality control, mentors staff, and contributes to proposals and client presentations. International and domestic travel is expected.
