Job DescriptionSheladia Associates, Inc. is seeking a qualified international Procurement Specialist for a proposed transport and tourism infrastructure consulting assignment in Cambodia. The work will support project preparation, detailed engineering design, safeguards, and bidding documentation.
This is a proposal-stage opportunity. Recruitment and engagement will be contingent upon a successful contract award to Sheladia and Client approval of the proposed experts.
QualificationsDegree in Procurement, Engineering, Law, Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; procurement certification preferred.
At least 17 years of relevant experience in infrastructure procurement and contract management under MDB/ADB or similar development partner financing.
Experience on at least four projects in Southeast Asia.
