Sell used vehicles by greeting customers, assessing their needs, presenting vehicle features and options, conducting demonstrations, addressing objections, negotiating, and closing sales. Build customer rapport, follow dealership sales procedures, report activities and objectives to the Used Sales Manager, and maintain a professional customer experience.

Greets dealership customers, assesses their vehicle needs, presents and demonstrates new and used vehicles, explains features and optional equipment, negotiates pricing, overcomes objections, closes sales, and reports activities to the Sales Manager. The role includes paid training and commission-based compensation. Candidates should be energetic, personable, comfortable with sales negotiations, hold a clean valid driver’s license, and pass a background check.

Process weekly payroll, maintain employee records and benefits documentation, manage onboarding/offboarding and status changes, oversee timekeeping/PTO/attendance, assist benefits administration and employee inquiries, and provide payroll and HR reporting support to the Controller and management.
