Leads food and beverage operations across a hotel portfolio, including concept and brand development, menu and culinary direction, outlet openings, marketing activations, revenue growth, multi-unit P&L management, cost control, and leadership development. The role will establish a restaurant group, oversee new outlet launches, evaluate existing properties, and partner with ownership, designers, chefs, vendors, and hotel leaders.

Lead the pre-opening commercial strategy for a luxury Hilton hotel, including rooms, group sales, meetings, catering, and three restaurant concepts. Build and manage the sales and marketing team, develop key accounts and market positioning, drive bookings before opening, and oversee marketing, PR, digital, and social campaigns. Partner with revenue management and food-and-beverage leadership on pricing, forecasting, profitability, restaurant launches, and total-property performance.

Supports hotel renovation and capital projects from planning through completion. Coordinates schedules, budgets, vendors, contractors, engineers, hotel teams, documentation, bidding, compliance, and risk mitigation. The role requires onsite property visits, progress tracking, issue resolution, and communication across stakeholders. It offers hands-on owner-side project management experience in hospitality, with up to 60% travel across properties and active hotel or construction environments.
