Design and deliver production-ready data and AI platform solutions for enterprise customers. Integrate open-source and proprietary components using Kubernetes, Helm, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code. Serve as the technical advisor for assigned accounts, resolve complex platform issues, influence product direction, translate customer requirements into scalable systems, and identify account expansion opportunities.

The Account Executive will drive revenue by engaging mid-market and enterprise businesses in data-sensitive sectors, managing the sales process, and building relationships with C-level stakeholders.

As a Business Development Representative at Shakudo, you will lead outbound efforts to generate opportunities and expand market presence in SMBs and enterprises.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll engage customers to understand their workflows and design data and AI solutions for production, focusing on successful outcomes and integrating systems into their operations.

Operate and maintain production infrastructure and internal services, including DGX/GPU clusters, bare-metal Kubernetes servers, CI/CD pipelines, and the customer-facing AI Gateway. Drive reliability, security hardening, observability, and DevOps best practices; contribute to product hardening and roadmap. Ensure uptime for internal and customer-facing systems.

Work directly with strategic customers to design, build, deploy, and operate production AI and data systems on Shakudo. Responsibilities include discovery, architecture, data pipelines, RAG/agent workflows, Kubernetes/cloud deployments, production support, governance, and driving adoption and measurable business outcomes.

Build and scale Shakudo's consultant partner channel via high-volume outbound outreach. Identify, recruit, onboard, and coach independent consultants and advisors to generate partner-sourced meetings and pipeline. Track partner conversion and collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and hit targets for signed partners and partner-sourced qualified meetings.

Architect and deliver production-ready data and AI solutions on the Shakudo platform. Integrate Kubernetes/Helm, cloud, and IaC into customer environments, troubleshoot complex stack issues, drive adoption and account growth, and act as trusted technical advisor across engineering and executive stakeholders.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise platform features: operate Kubernetes, build controllers, architect and deploy secure air-gapped systems, drive customer implementations end-to-end, mentor engineers, and ensure platform reliability for mission-critical deployments.

Lead and build the product marketing function for an AI/data platform: define positioning, run GTM launches, enable sales with toolkits, own competitive intelligence, drive demand and analyst relations, create technical content, gather customer insights, and hire and mentor a small PMM team to scale.

Drive revenue expansion and new customer acquisition by prospecting, owning the full sales cycle, building C-level relationships, and collaborating with engineering to deliver tailored data/AI solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers in regulated industries.
