Own HubSpot CRM and GTM operations; build attribution, forecasting, and lead-scoring models; automate workflows; create dashboards and sales enablement; support Sales, Marketing, and CS with tooling, reporting, and strategic recommendations.

Build Shade's strategic partnerships function: define partner strategy, negotiate complex technical/channel/platform deals, align product/sales/marketing, track partner performance, represent Shade externally, and create repeatable processes to scale partner programs and team.

Design and scale cross-platform product experiences and design systems across web, desktop, and mobile. Own feature end-to-end from research, Figma prototypes, and component libraries to engineer handoff. Collaborate with founders and engineers, deliver shipped product work, and prioritize pragmatic, user-focused solutions.

Identify and prospect target accounts in media and entertainment, qualify inbound/outbound leads, conduct high-volume personalized outreach, set discovery/demo meetings, maintain CRM records, hand off opportunities to AEs, collaborate on messaging and go-to-market materials, provide market feedback, and support events and outbound process building.

Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for prospecting, running demos, closing deals, managing renewals, and growing an account book. Work cross-functionally to improve processes, build sales collateral, assist onboarding, forecast pipeline, and travel to meet clients and attend tradeshows. Focus on delighting creative customers and supporting marketing and product initiatives.

Join as the third full-time designer to scale and maintain Shade's brand across digital and physical surfaces. Create static and animated assets, motion graphics, product mockups, and component libraries. Own end-to-end design work, collaborate closely with engineers for handoff, and contribute to Framer and Figma systems, CMS management, and image/SVG optimization. Provide shipped, live-linked work spanning web, desktop, and mobile.
