Provide HR administrative support for staffing and talent acquisition: post jobs, screen candidates, proctor and evaluate assessments, process hires and transactions, manage centralized HR communications, support DE&I programming, analyze recruitment metrics, liaise with screening providers, and recommend process improvements to support business needs.

Support design, pricing, analysis, and lifecycle management of commercial auto insurance products. Conduct market, competitor and regulatory analysis; collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, claims, marketing and IT; lead product initiatives, system enhancements, pricing segmentation and KPI monitoring; contribute to budgets, forecasting and training. Drive product strategy and implementation to achieve profitability and growth.

Dismantle salvaged vehicles, inspect and test parts and engines for quality and valuation, create dismantling packages, operate heavy equipment (forklift, bobcat, hoists), stock/ship/receive parts, update inventory in yard management system, and verify VINs and claim-file information.
