Provide in-person customer service and specialized administrative support for Auto Fund licensing: issue and correct registrations, licences and permits; answer public and issuer inquiries; process transactions using automated systems; ensure compliance with legislation and privacy rules; reconcile daily cash and maintain inventory of licence materials.

Provide administrative support for claims operations: set up and maintain claim files, process documents and payments, handle phones and front reception, enter claim data, route inquiries to adjusters, prepare routine reports, reconcile cash and inventory, and perform general office tasks including scanning, mailing, and supply management.

Provide litigation and administrative support: draft and file court documents, manage recoveries and judgments, serve documents, coordinate hearings and witnesses, prepare briefs and legal reports, liaise with adjusters and external counsel, and assist in-house lawyers with document organization and case management for auto, injury, and general insurance matters.

Conduct strategic research and competitive/financial analysis for the Canadian insurance industry; develop KPIs, balanced scorecards and self-serve reporting; prepare briefings, white papers and presentations for senior leadership, Board and government; support corporate strategic planning, performance monitoring and executive confidential projects; build internal and external research relationships to inform strategic recommendations.

The Audit Manager is responsible for planning and conducting audit engagements, managing teams, and delivering insightful audit reports while ensuring internal controls and risk management practices are upheld.

Lead media relations and social media strategy for SGI and SGI CANADA, acting as primary media contact and spokesperson. Develop messaging, briefings, news releases, and crisis communications; plan media events; counsel senior leaders and the Minister's Office; maintain media relationships; oversee brand alignment, social channels, and customer responses; manage a communications team, succession planning, and departmental operations to ensure compliance and effective risk management.

Lead delivery and support of end-user hardware and software, including asset lifecycle, patching, deployment, monitoring, and incident escalation. Provide advanced technical guidance, develop processes and automation, coordinate vendor procurement, support enterprise IT projects, maintain runbooks and knowledgebase, and lead a team of Desktop Administrators including delegation, training, and performance input.

Lead application architecture for custom and SaaS/COTS solutions, align technical designs with business strategy, guide integrations, ensure security, scalability, resiliency, and observability, mentor teams, contribute to RFPs and governance, and drive architecture best practices across the organization.
