Audits recertification and employer/employee documents, processes client and employee data updates, establishes budgets, obtains employer tax identification information, completes Kentucky new-hire forms, maintains waiver and training records, and performs occasional reception and clerical duties. The role requires advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, business-school education, and three to four years of office and administrative experience.

Supervises administrative staff and manages division-wide business systems, processes, reporting, billing coordination, payroll liaisons, supplies, facility maintenance, and fiscal planning. Ensures operational continuity, evaluates process effectiveness, resolves reporting and workflow issues, supports budgeting, and maintains adherence to standardized business practices across multiple sites.

Facilitates clinical learning and development programs, supports instructional design, conducts train-the-trainer sessions, evaluates training effectiveness, and provides ongoing facilitator support. Partners with HR, clinical, and business leaders to implement inclusive learning initiatives and may deliver behavioral health training to external organizations. The role also includes administrative and logistical support, frequent travel between work sites, and compliance with organizational and Joint Commission standards.

Supports and facilitates learning and development initiatives in partnership with HR, organizational leaders, and the L&OD team. Responsibilities include reviewing learning programs, evaluating instructors, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, supporting facilitators, assisting with instructional design, delivering behavioral health training, and handling related administrative and logistical tasks.

The Nurse Educator identifies medical training gaps, develops and delivers in-person and virtual education, supports onboarding and competency validation, tracks continuing education and training completion, and facilitates simulations and special programs. The role collaborates with medical, clinical, operational, and learning teams; requires frequent travel between work sites and an active Kentucky RN license.
