Acquire new clients and grow revenue within assigned national accounts by developing account strategies, managing Salesforce CRM, driving cross-functional execution, meeting financial targets, monitoring P&L and budgets, measuring sales activities, and expanding relationships within insurance accounts to achieve quota and service line goals.

Manage and resolve client billing estimate disputes by reviewing estimates against carrier guidelines, logging and tracking disputes, communicating with franchises and clients, escalating complex cases, ensuring contractual timeframes, and recommending process improvements.

Manage and perform franchise audits end-to-end, train and guide audit staff, assess risks and royalty reporting, update SOPs, meet with management, and support audit projects to ensure accuracy and compliance with franchise agreements.

Lead national and regional business development across Canadian insurance partners, drive revenue and national account growth, manage lead generation and KPIs, steward the SERVPRO brand, enable franchise sales teams, conduct account reviews, maintain CRM pipeline (Salesforce), and represent the company at industry events.

Lead HR operations and service delivery for corporate operations as a strategic partner to senior leaders. Oversee employee relations, compliance, job architecture, organizational design, HR processes, metrics, and HR records. Support franchise advisory materials, drive HR improvements, and lead special HR projects while ensuring legal compliance and strong leader engagement.

Lead design, administration, and governance of compensation, benefits, equity, and payroll programs. Develop pay structures, oversee annual compensation planning, manage equity and executive compensation, partner with HR/Finance/Legal, run benefits strategy, ensure compliance, manage vendors, prepare reporting and presentations, and support franchise educational resources and special HR projects.

Lead the enterprise PMO to establish standards, governance, intake/prioritization, portfolio monitoring, and performance reporting. Manage a team of program and project managers, partner with finance and leaders on business cases, drive change initiatives, and embed project management best practices and a Center of Excellence across the organization.

Provide administrative and file-management support to the Commercial Large Loss Division: open/close job files, track work-in-progress, invoices, receivables, LLRT membership, communicate with franchisees, assist during storm events, and ensure accurate documentation and follow-up.

Manage commercial large-loss restoration projects by coordinating franchise production teams, monitoring scope and estimates, producing weekly status reports, advising on best practices, ensuring contract compliance, assisting with site issues and collections, and supporting national accounts and carrier communications. Occasional travel to job and storm sites required.

Lead and perform complex royalty audits, mentor and train franchise audit staff and interns, support audit planning and risk assessments, resolve audit issues with franchisees, identify trends and recommend process improvements, and contribute to departmental policies, documentation, and special projects.

Support implementation, optimization, and adoption of third-party and proprietary tools for national accounts. Perform gap analyses, develop rule data sets, create reporting, evaluate financial impact, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, provide training and user support, and drive process improvements to enhance operational quality and customer experience.

Lead and develop software engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, cloud-native solutions and enterprise integrations. Own outcomes across the SDLC using Agile (Scrum) and Kanban, improve integration practices, observability, CI/CD, and quality engineering, adopt responsible AI-assisted development, manage distributed/vendor teams, and drive DevOps metrics and legacy modernization to improve reliability and developer productivity.

Perform end-to-end audits of franchise owners and related businesses to verify sales reporting and royalty payments. Review accounting records (financial statements, bank statements, tax returns), collect audit materials and monies, issue audit reports, teach proper bookkeeping, and communicate findings to franchise staff and corporate departments. Prepare status reports and participate in special projects.
