Partner with business leaders to translate questions into actionable insights by designing, building, and automating reports and dashboards. Own analytics end-to-end, ensure data quality, collaborate with data engineering, and drive adoption of scalable self-service analytics.

Lead and perform complex royalty audits, mentor and train franchise audit staff and interns, support audit planning and risk assessments, resolve audit issues with franchisees, identify trends and recommend process improvements, and contribute to departmental policies, documentation, and special projects.

Supervise and coach a team of Client Success Specialists and Representatives to ensure consistent client success execution, quality deliverables (QBRs/MBRs), timely issue resolution, and cross-functional alignment. Drive presentation and communication standards, monitor performance and capacity, escalate risks, and support onboarding and program launches to achieve positive client outcomes.

Lead development and execution of analytics strategy, logical data models, and data governance. Build KPIs, oversee dashboards and BI solutions (Tableau/Power BI), deliver ad-hoc analyses, partner with data engineering and business leaders, and manage analytics team and report governance to inform executive decisions.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth within assigned national accounts. Develop account strategies, manage Salesforce CRM, coordinate cross-functional teams, forecast and meet financial sales targets, and maintain long-term profitable client relationships.

Own assigned Tier 1 clients, lead onboarding and adoption, deliver executive reviews, analyze performance and risks, resolve escalations, advocate cross-functionally, and drive service improvements and renewal readiness.

Support monthly close and financial reporting by posting journal entries, reconciling ledgers and intercompany accounts, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and assisting with quarterly and annual financial statements. Provide technical accounting support, audit coordination, tax and treasury support, process documentation, BlackLine and ERP system implementation assistance, and departmental variance analysis. Serve as subject matter expert and training resource while completing special projects and ensuring internal controls.

Lead and develop software engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, cloud-native solutions and enterprise integrations. Own outcomes across the SDLC using Agile (Scrum) and Kanban, improve integration practices, observability, CI/CD, and quality engineering, adopt responsible AI-assisted development, manage distributed/vendor teams, and drive DevOps metrics and legacy modernization to improve reliability and developer productivity.

Lead proactive and reactive public relations and crisis communications, build media relationships, draft executive and corporate messaging, monitor media and brand sentiment, manage PR vendors, provide media training, and support franchise and headquarters communications to strengthen SERVPRO's public perception.

Support implementation, optimization, and adoption of third-party and proprietary tools for national accounts. Perform gap analyses, develop rule data sets, create reporting, evaluate financial impact, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, provide training and user support, and drive process improvements to enhance operational quality and customer experience.

Provide frontline, ticket-based support to franchises resolving billing, finance, technology, and program inquiries per SLAs; document activity, escalate complex issues, maintain knowledge base, and contribute to process improvements to ensure consistent service delivery.

Provide technical support and installation for SERVPRO proprietary and sanctioned third‑party applications, assist with releases and error‑trend analysis, cover help desk during peaks, create feature requirements, and occasionally travel to franchises for onsite support.

Support franchise technology adoption by designing and delivering training, coordinating UAT and alpha/beta tests, acting as SME in project meetings, creating resources, and collaborating with IT, product managers, and franchise stakeholders to ensure effective technology use and support.
