Leads the design, engineering, reliability, security, and evolution of the enterprise data platform. Manages data engineers and database administrators while contributing hands-on to architecture, pipelines, databases, troubleshooting, performance tuning, governance, and production support. Owns platform roadmaps, DataOps standards, monitoring, disaster recovery, capacity, vendor services, and incident resolution. Partners with architecture, analytics, security, infrastructure, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable, governed, and dependable data products.

Performs end-to-end franchise compliance audits, including selecting higher-risk franchises, reviewing financial and tax records, identifying unreported sales, issuing reports, and collecting amounts due. Communicates with franchise owners, staff, accountants, and corporate departments; provides bookkeeping guidance, prepares audit status reports, and supports special projects. Requires attention to detail, strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to handle difficult audit discussions.

Reviews insurance restoration estimates and claim files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with carrier guidelines. The role analyzes damage estimates, identifies discrepancies, communicates with franchise teams, maintains high review volumes and quality metrics, and supports billing disputes, customer complaints, and phone assistance. It requires strong analytical, mathematical, communication, time-management, and customer service skills, along with familiarity with insurance claims, damage estimating, construction, and estimating software.
