Delivers live and virtual training for franchise teams and headquarters employees, facilitates workshops, coaches subject-matter experts, and ensures instruction aligns with operational standards and brand requirements. The role partners with instructional design, learning experience, multimedia, operations, franchise teams, and field leaders; prepares training logistics and environments; supports major learning events; and contributes to consistent, high-quality learning across the franchise network.
