The role requires regular travel throughout the Southeast region, strong presentation and communication skills, business ownership or franchise consulting experience, and working knowledge of financial statements and restoration operations.

Owns and standardizes franchise business development processes across residential and commercial segments. Develops sales playbooks, CRM workflows, technology requirements, performance metrics, and growth-stage models. Partners with Learning & Development, Technology, Business Intelligence, headquarters teams, and franchise field leaders to improve adoption, client activation, contracting capabilities, and revenue growth. Requires extensive sales and sales operations experience, CRM expertise, commercial sales-cycle knowledge, and up to 25% travel.
