Designs and delivers ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management solutions across risk, compliance, resilience, audit, privacy, BCM, and third-party risk management. Leads customer workshops, gathers requirements, configures and tests IRM modules, supports integrations, facilitates demonstrations and user acceptance testing, and provides technical guidance throughout implementations. The consultant also manages delivery risks, documents solutions, supports governance, and helps customers improve risk and compliance processes and platform adoption.

Advises customers on risk, compliance, resilience, audit, privacy, and GRC process transformation through ServiceNow IRM. Leads discovery workshops, maturity assessments, stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, process design, and solution alignment. Translates business needs into user stories and functional specifications, supports testing and adoption, and recommends process standardization and automation. Partners with executives, risk owners, compliance teams, architects, and technical consultants to define operating models, success metrics, governance, and value realization plans.

Own new-business SaaS revenue across NHS accounts through territory and account planning, prospect research, business development, and field sales. Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders, map client relationships, lead account strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, advise customers on IT roadmaps, and engage specialist resources to advance deals. The role requires software or solutions sales experience, target achievement, deal negotiation, AI-informed problem solving, and travel up to 50%.
