Builds and mentors the IT organization, establishes service levels, automates identity and employee lifecycle processes, and ensures reliable technology operations supporting company growth and robotics development.

Designs, validates, and troubleshoots electrical circuits, PCBs, interconnects, and embedded systems for autonomous delivery robots. Responsibilities include schematic development, component selection, PCB layout reviews, hardware bring-up, testing, root cause analysis, documentation, prototype integration, and manufacturing support. The engineer collaborates with firmware, software, manufacturing, vendors, and suppliers, and provides occasional onsite support for builds and validation.

As an Operations Associate, you'll assist in ensuring smooth operation of autonomous delivery robots, handling maintenance, documentation, and customer engagement to support timely deliveries.

The Director of Product for Data Flywheel will lead the roadmap for data initiatives, ensuring quality and compliance across various engineering teams and initiatives. Responsibilities include managing data metrics, supporting data pipelines, and collaborating across teams to enhance infrastructure.

Provides onsite electrical engineering support for manufacturing builds, NPI, validation, and sustaining production in Malaysia. Troubleshoots electrical and electromechanical failures, drives root-cause analysis, supports EMI/EMC testing and mitigation, and guides development of electrical test fixtures. Collaborates with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams to improve yield, production readiness, test coverage, documentation, and hardware reliability.

Build and maintain API-based data pipelines, analyze supply chain metrics, create dashboards and alerts, perform root-cause analysis, define KPIs with stakeholders, and document data models and integrations to improve logistics performance.
