Teams at Serve Robotics

Leads strategic finance, capital allocation, financial modeling, valuation, M&A analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Partners with the CEO and COO to guide investment decisions, market expansion, pricing, and resource allocation across Diligent Robotics and Serve Robotics. Owns KPI frameworks, Pigment planning systems, executive presentations, and forecast processes, with potential to build and lead a finance team.

Supports FP&A through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling, financial reporting, and business-unit partnership. Builds financial models, explains trends and variances, improves reporting efficiency using spreadsheets and productivity tools, and applies accounting knowledge to support reporting integrity and close processes.

Designs, validates, and supports electrical systems, PCBs, harnesses, and subsystem architectures for autonomous delivery robots. Owns development from concept through production and lifecycle support, leads hardware bring-up and debugging, performs root cause analysis, develops validation plans, and collaborates with firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, suppliers, and operations teams. Provides technical mentorship and supports prototype builds, factory activities, production readiness, and field issue resolution.
