Analyze, test, qualify, and validate aircraft Environmental Control Systems, low-pressure air-conditioning ducting, and insulation products. Prepare technical documentation and reports demonstrating compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements. Support product development, qualification programs, testing, production activities, and customer communication while ensuring airworthiness, safety, quality, and manufacturing standards are met.

Leads the design, development, validation, and manufacturing support of custom metal bellows, assemblies, tooling, and fixtures. Creates SolidWorks models, drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation; applies GD&T and DFMA; performs engineering calculations and supports FEA, testing, and qualification. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, operations, sales, and customers while improving processes and mentoring junior engineers.

Operate and program CNC and manual machines, set up fixturing, establish machine offsets, interpret blueprints, machine tight-tolerance components, inspect parts with precision instruments, troubleshoot equipment, perform maintenance, document production, and support machinist training and process improvements.

Leads the accounting function, including financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, fixed assets, inventory costing, audits, and tax compliance. Oversees accounting systems and ERP improvements, develops budgets and forecasts, analyzes financial performance, and provides strategic insights to leadership. Manages and develops the accounting team while partnering with operations, sales, auditors, and senior leadership to improve processes and financial visibility.

Designs assembly and shop tooling using 2D and 3D CAD, conventional machining, and rapid prototyping. Supports manufacturing quality assurance through internal audits, quality-system document control, customer surveys, compliance reporting, calibration management, and control of non-conforming material. Conducts root-cause and corrective-action analysis, coordinates daily RCCA meetings, monitors quality trends, manages customer returns, supports EHS activities, and collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, finance, and external calibration contractors.

The Production Supervisor leads daily operations in a manufacturing environment, ensuring quality standards, on-time delivery, and safety while promoting continuous improvement and team development.
