Operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints and GD&T, select tooling, perform first-piece and in-process inspections, troubleshoot machines, optimize cycle times, and maintain production schedules while following safety and quality standards.

Manage SIOP and demand signals in the ERP/MRP, perform capacity and lead-time planning, propose recovery plans for delinquent orders, and drive process improvements using Six Sigma and lean principles. Operate and maintain SLA machines and waterjet, clean and assemble fixture/tooling components, perform visual inspection and basic shop equipment operation, assist with tool coordination and link tooling to work orders, and follow safety/PPE requirements.

Create manufacturing work instructions, shop travelers, and data packages from customer drawings and CAD models. Prepare BOMs, operation sequencing, tooling/process validations, and document control to meet quality and customer specifications.
