Manufacturing Engineer II develops and improves aerospace manufacturing processes, tooling, work instructions, and production documentation. The role supports new product introduction, manufacturability reviews, quality planning, supplier processes, root-cause actions, cost reduction, and production issue resolution. Responsibilities include validating processes, reviewing drawings, implementing engineering changes, supporting tooling design, and working with cross-functional production teams across machining, forming, stamping, heat treating, and chemical processing operations.

Design and develop custom metal bellows, assemblies, tooling, fixtures, and related products from concept through production. Create 3D models, drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation using SolidWorks and GD&T standards. Apply FEA, DFMA, and engineering analysis to validate performance and manufacturability. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, operations, sales, and customers on prototypes, testing, qualification, and continuous improvement while providing technical mentorship.
