Teams at Senior plc

Operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints and GD&T, select tooling, perform first-piece and in-process inspections, troubleshoot machines, optimize cycle times, and maintain production schedules while following safety and quality standards.

Assist the New Product Development team with program management, commercial support, production and customer support, process improvement, and data analysis. Support cross-functional groups to drive project action items, expedite production, prepare customer materials, and deliver at least one primary project while working onsite part-time (12-29 hours/week).

Support daily and weekly production schedules, create/release/track ERP work orders, monitor WIP and inventory, identify material shortages, assist capacity planning, communicate schedule risks, and participate in continuous improvement to improve scheduling accuracy.
