Lead all day-to-day operations of a senior living community, ensuring resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, budget accountability, staff hiring/training/discipline, sales and occupancy targets, community relations, and protection of resident rights.

Part-time weekend/evening receptionist supporting occupancy by planning move-ins, move-outs, and transfers. Greet guests, answer phones, and perform basic computer tasks. Must comply with company COVID-19 vaccination policy or qualify for an exemption.

Provide food service support in a skilled nursing facility: prepare and serve meals per therapeutic diets, setup and clear dining/tray service, assist cooks, maintain sanitation and safety, follow health department and company policies, and complete required trainings.
