Provide food service support in a senior living community: prepare and serve meals per therapeutic diets, set up and clear trays, assist cooks, maintain sanitation and safety, follow policies, and complete required trainings.

Lead community sales and marketing to meet leasing and move-in goals; conduct tours; build referral relationships; plan outreach events; manage CRM and sales metrics; coordinate with leadership and ensure compliance.

Manage accounting and HR functions for a senior housing community: payroll, benefits administration, accounts payable, resident billing and collections, file maintenance, new hire orientation, workers' compensation, petty cash, and compliance. Supervise staff, participate in Manager on Duty, attend community events and trainings, and maintain confidentiality and safety practices.
