Leads sales and marketing for a senior living community by conducting tours, managing inquiries and leads, building referral relationships, coordinating outreach events, developing marketing plans, and achieving move-in and sales goals. Maintains waitlists, tracks sales activity and resident needs, collaborates with leadership, manages vendors and sales tools, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations.

Leads daily operations for a senior living community, overseeing resident satisfaction, retention, occupancy, sales contacts, budgeting, licensing, staffing, employee management, meetings, resident rights, and community relations. Serves as the primary on-site executive and represents the community with residents, families, agencies, organizations, and the public.

Administer medications, complete resident admissions, assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation. Monitor residents’ health, respond to emergencies, communicate changes to physicians and families, support infection control and wound tracking, provide health education, and maintain regulatory compliance, confidentiality, and safety. The role requires weekend and weekday availability and may involve transporting residents to scheduled trips and events.
