Lead day-to-day operations of a senior living community as the on-site executive. Oversee resident satisfaction and retention, admissions and community outreach, budgeting and cash flow, staffing (hire/train/discipline/terminate), compliance with licenses, lead staff meetings, protect resident rights, and represent the community in local and professional organizations.

Provide food service support in a senior living community: serve and deliver meals, follow therapeutic diets and portion control, assist cooks, maintain sanitation, set up and clear dining areas, follow health regulations, and attend required training.

Lead community sales and marketing to meet leasing and move-in goals for independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. Conduct tours, follow up with leads, plan outreach events, build referral relationships, manage CRM and sales tools, track metrics, and coordinate with leadership to execute marketing plans and ensure resident onboarding and confidentiality.
