Provides senior-level HR support across multiple facilities, handling complex employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, corrective actions, leave and accommodations, compliance, documentation, and HR initiatives. Advises managers and HR leaders, supports organizational changes, audits, reporting, and process improvements, and mentors HR team members. The role operates primarily in an office within a manufacturing facility and may require infrequent travel.

Leads onboarding, group training, cross-training, safety training, and leadership development across office and manufacturing environments. Creates and maintains training materials, documentation, SOPs, and competency tracking. Monitors employee progress, identifies skill gaps, supports development plans, and coordinates refresher training. Partners with department leaders and training personnel across facilities to maintain consistent learning programs and foster a positive learning environment.

Leads daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close. Oversees accounting staff, ensures GAAP and multi-state compliance, supports audits, develops internal controls, improves processes, and assists with financial strategies, forecasts, ERP implementation, and optimization in a manufacturing environment.

Analyze production, pricing, material usage, lead-time, and fulfillment data to support operational decisions. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and SQL queries; identify manufacturing bottlenecks and data-quality issues; validate and organize data; and translate complex findings into clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.

Plans and manages large commercial orders through manufacturing and shipment. Builds production schedules based on capacity, materials, priorities, and lead times; coordinates work across departments and vendors; monitors shop-floor progress, bottlenecks, and risks; develops recovery plans; communicates status to leadership; and uses production data and operational metrics to maintain on-time performance.
