The Human Resources Site Manager serves as the onsite HR partner for a manufacturing facility, providing employee relations support, workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, performance coaching, leave coordination, investigations, and retention initiatives. The role partners with site leadership, Corporate HR, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development while maintaining employee records, supporting HR programs, and ensuring consistent policy application. Occasional quarterly travel to headquarters is required.

Supports full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operational roles across multiple locations. Responsibilities include resume review, candidate screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, ATS maintenance, job posting development, sourcing, hiring documentation, onboarding coordination, recruiting process improvements, and participation in hiring events and community outreach.

Serves as the primary onsite HR partner for a manufacturing facility, managing employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, retention, performance support, leave and accommodation coordination, investigations, and HR documentation. Partners with site leadership, Corporate HR, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development to implement HR strategies and programs, support multiple shifts, identify workforce trends, and maintain a positive, compliant, high-performing workplace. Requires quarterly travel to headquarters.

Manages assigned manufacturing product lines by optimizing offerings, pricing, profitability, customer conversion, and repeat business. Analyzes customer, operational, and competitive data to recommend improvements, coordinates launches, and partners with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Finance. Maintains dashboards, develops business cases, monitors performance, and drives scalable cross-functional execution in an e-commerce manufacturing environment.

Leads product-line growth, P&L performance, pricing, profitability, customer experience, and long-range strategy for custom manufacturing offerings. Partners cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align capacity with demand, develop new services, improve product economics, and prioritize platform enhancements. Builds and leads the product-line management team, establishes KPIs and operating processes, and presents strategic recommendations and investment cases to executive leadership.

Provides senior-level HR support across multiple facilities, handling complex employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, corrective actions, leave and accommodations, compliance, documentation, and HR initiatives. Advises managers and HR leaders, supports organizational changes, audits, reporting, and process improvements, and mentors HR team members. The role operates primarily in an office within a manufacturing facility and may require infrequent travel.
