Analyze production, pricing, material usage, lead-time, and fulfillment data to support operational decisions. Conduct full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operational roles across multiple locations. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking system records and pipelines, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, updating job postings, supporting onboarding and hiring documentation, improving recruiting processes, and participating in hiring events and community outreach.

Plans and manages large commercial orders through manufacturing and shipment. Builds production schedules based on capacity, materials, priorities, and lead times; coordinates work across departments and vendors; monitors shop-floor progress, bottlenecks, and risks; develops recovery plans; communicates status to leadership; and uses production data and operational metrics to maintain on-time performance.
