Provides advanced compensation and benefits support through job evaluation, market pricing, salary recommendations, benefits administration, pay equity analytics, regulatory compliance, employee communications, and executive compensation activities. Advises HR, payroll, finance, and legal stakeholders on pay decisions and policies, coordinates compensation surveys, and supports cross-functional Total Rewards projects.

Leads the technical accounting policy and research team, evaluating complex transactions, interpreting U.S. GAAP, implementing new accounting standards, and preparing accounting conclusions. Partners with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, business stakeholders, and external auditors to resolve technical issues, strengthen governance, manage compliance risks, and ensure consistent accounting practices. Leads technical accounting, transaction advisory, and accounting policy activities across the enterprise. Evaluates complex transactions, advises executives and auditors, develops accounting positions, implements new standards, and drives policy governance. Manages and develops technical accounting teams, leads major initiatives, resolves complex reporting issues, and influences financial decisions involving regulatory changes and compliance.

Conducts internal IT and operational technology audits with a cybersecurity focus. Performs control testing, evaluates access, hardening, logging, and other security artifacts, analyzes evidence, identifies exceptions, documents findings, and recommends improvements. Coordinates with technology teams, communicates audit results, participates in meetings, validates remediation, and applies risk assessment techniques and security frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.

Supports the enterprise cybersecurity awareness and training program by developing security communications, educational content, phishing and social engineering campaigns, presentations, events, and Cyber Champion initiatives. Manages the Cyber Safety SharePoint site, coordinates vendors and partners, measures program effectiveness, and translates technical threats into practical guidance for employees and leaders. Collaborates across cybersecurity, IT, HR, communications, and business teams while mentoring junior staff.

Prepares and reviews state and local tax returns, audit responses, business license renewals, property tax filings, and tax provision packages. The role standardizes documentation, performs quality and control checks, coordinates auditor and regulator requests, compiles tax data for regulatory reporting, improves workflows, and trains junior staff. It requires five years of related experience, tax compliance knowledge, strong organizational skills, and residence in or relocation to Southern California.

Leads complex information systems audit workstreams, designing risk-based testing across integrated applications, infrastructure, governance, operations, and information security controls. Uses data analytics to test large populations, evaluates automated and IT-dependent controls, reviews third-party control reports, and leads stakeholder walkthroughs. Produces risk-focused audit reporting, recommends remediation, mentors audit staff, and improves audit methodologies, analytics scripts, templates, and knowledge resources.

Leads corporate tax accounting, compliance, forecasting, planning, provisions, and audit support. Reviews tax staff work, manages federal, state, and local filings, analyzes tax law and legislation, prepares ASC 740 disclosures, performs variance analysis, researches tax positions, and improves tax processes, controls, and automation. Collaborates with finance, accounting, legal, operations, and tax authorities.
