Supervises ethics and compliance investigators and oversees the Ethics & Compliance Helpline. Manages case intake, assessment, tracking, resolution, reporting, dashboards, data quality, documentation, system improvements, and regulatory compliance. Reviews sensitive matters, supports escalations, develops operational standards, partners with IT and vendors, and leads team workload, development, and continuous improvement.

Prepares and reviews state and local tax returns, audit responses, business license renewals, property tax filings, and tax provision packages. The role standardizes documentation, performs quality and control checks, coordinates auditor and regulator requests, compiles tax data for regulatory reporting, improves workflows, and trains junior staff. It requires five years of related experience, tax compliance knowledge, strong organizational skills, and residence in or relocation to Southern California.

Leads complex information systems audit workstreams, designing risk-based testing across integrated applications, infrastructure, governance, operations, and information security controls. Uses data analytics to test large populations, evaluates automated and IT-dependent controls, reviews third-party control reports, and leads stakeholder walkthroughs. Produces risk-focused audit reporting, recommends remediation, mentors audit staff, and improves audit methodologies, analytics scripts, templates, and knowledge resources.

Leads corporate tax accounting, compliance, forecasting, planning, provisions, and audit support. Reviews tax staff work, manages federal, state, and local filings, analyzes tax law and legislation, prepares ASC 740 disclosures, performs variance analysis, researches tax positions, and improves tax processes, controls, and automation. Collaborates with finance, accounting, legal, operations, and tax authorities.

Provides advanced compensation and benefits support through job evaluation, market pricing, salary recommendations, benefits administration, pay equity analytics, regulatory compliance, employee communications, and executive compensation activities. Advises HR, payroll, finance, and legal stakeholders on pay decisions and policies, coordinates compensation surveys, and supports cross-functional Total Rewards projects.
