Lead end-to-end GNMA delivery, GNMA pool creation, and monthly buyout processes. Manage and maintain Selene's Azure cloud infrastructure: design scalable architectures, implement IaC (Terraform/ARM), automate deployments, optimize performance and costs, enforce security and monitoring, manage Office 365, develop backup/disaster recovery, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with development, operations, and security teams.

Lead design, administration, and optimization of contact center telephony and IVR/IVA systems. Manage dialer campaigns, routing strategies, analytics, and integrations. Plan and manage software releases, obtain executive and Change Control Board approvals, coordinate UAT/QA handoffs, maintain release documentation, track risks, communicate status across teams, and support release process improvements and troubleshooting.
