The Senior Endpoint Engineer designs, administers, secures, and manages enterprise Windows endpoint environments exceeding 1,000 devices. Responsibilities include Microsoft Intune and RMM administration, application packaging, operating system deployment, patching, automation, endpoint hardening, vulnerability remediation, troubleshooting, compliance reporting, documentation, and technology modernization. The role serves as an escalation point, mentors junior staff, collaborates across technical teams, participates in change management, and supports on-call maintenance activities.
