Maintain caseloads and systems, coordinate with attorneys, vendors and internal teams, complete reports and projects, and identify quality/compliance issues to mitigate loss and risk.

Manage delinquent mortgage loan portfolios as the single point of contact for borrowers and authorized parties. Analyze financial information, determine loss mitigation eligibility, and process modifications, forbearance, repayment plans, short sales, deeds in lieu, and cash-for-keys. Conduct customer outreach, skip-tracing, and title reviews while maintaining regulatory and investor compliance, updating account reports, and meeting performance targets.

Supports real estate owned operations by verifying foreclosure deed recordings, researching and maintaining tax information, entering title data, following up on title reports, and ensuring accurate records. Coordinates with vendors, attorneys, recording offices, tax authorities, and internal teams; monitors workflow queues, prioritizes assignments, escalates issues, supports quality assurance, and helps implement process improvements and documentation updates.
