Lead and grow outside life insurance sales by developing new and existing client relationships, meeting sales and premium collection targets, training and managing outside sales agents, tracking sales metrics, and recommending performance improvements.

Support funeral directors and families by preparing and transporting decedents, setting up services, handling paperwork, greeting guests, maintaining vehicles and facilities, and assisting with logistics, cleanup, and inventory while providing compassionate, confidential service.

Support funeral home operations including removals from homes/hospitals/crime scenes, answering phones and first-call intake, assisting at services, cleaning and maintenance, driving company vehicles, handling and transporting deceased, and following funeral director directions.
