Process and enter new life insurance applications, review for accuracy, communicate with agents and applicants, coordinate with underwriting, issue and mail policies, cancel declined/expired applications, and process plan change journal entries and premium refunds.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: manage multi-line phone, mail, scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, filing, supplies, and executive correspondence while improving office procedures and workflows.

Provide compassionate guidance to grieving families, plan and coordinate funeral services, complete legal paperwork and benefit filings, prepare deceased for viewing (embalming, dressing, cosmetics), manage vendor relationships, and maintain organized records. Must perform physical tasks and use common office and design software.
