Support funeral home operations including removals from homes/hospitals/crime scenes, answering phones and first-call intake, assisting at services, cleaning and maintenance, driving company vehicles, handling and transporting deceased, and following funeral director directions.

Greet and assist families and guests during visitations, rosaries, and funeral services. Support event setup, perform light lifting (up to 50 lbs), work evenings and weekends, maintain attention to detail, and deliver compassionate customer service as the face of the funeral home.

Provide logistical and client-facing support for funerals: transport and prepare deceased, set up services, handle paperwork, greet and assist families, maintain vehicles and facility, coordinate vendors, and perform physical tasks requiring lifting and flexible hours.
