Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product performance to support insurance product strategy. Conduct regulatory and filing research, identify process improvements, manage projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and support product launches and special initiatives in the Florida property insurance market.

Supervises Claims Support Specialists and oversees daily assignments, productivity, service levels, workload distribution, quality, and compliance. Coordinates vendor processes, invoice and payment support, onboarding, payroll administration, attendance, scheduling, reporting, and process improvements. Serves as an escalation point for administrative issues and supports Claims leadership with communications, special projects, and departmental initiatives.

Manages customer support Voice of the Customer and quality assurance programs, analyzes feedback and operational data, develops dashboards and reports, conducts interaction reviews, facilitates QA calibration, administers the support portal, and partners on process improvements, training, compliance, and emergency response activities.

Leads daily Staff Counsel office operations, manages and develops legal support staff, coordinates case intake and assignments, oversees scheduling and administrative workflows, improves processes, maintains procedures and training materials, monitors workloads and coverage, and handles timekeeping and attendance responsibilities. The role works onsite under a hybrid model and requires monthly travel to the Ormond Beach office.

Leads the company’s litigated claims program, overseeing litigation strategy, claim resolution, staff and panel counsel operations, legal teams, budgets, compliance, workflows, and risk initiatives. Manages counsel performance, develops team members, supports catastrophe response, and partners with Claims leadership on enterprise objectives.

Lead trial-ready litigation for complex first-party property insurance disputes, including courtroom representation, depositions, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. Mentor staff counsel, collaborate on defense strategies, prepare witnesses and experts, and support emergency response during natural disasters while maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain scalable relational databases, data warehouses, and integration workflows. Optimize SQL performance, ensure data integrity/security, support reporting/analytics, and collaborate with business stakeholders for timely, compliant reporting and continuity efforts.
