Provides hands-on help desk and technical support for workstations, software, phones, mobile devices, peripherals, and business systems. Installs and troubleshoots Windows devices, manages equipment inventory and deployments, assists with user accounts, access permissions, antivirus, backups, and server monitoring, and coordinates with vendors. The role also supports business continuity efforts, disaster recovery testing, and IT projects while delivering professional customer service.

Owns and grows strategic corporate and enterprise partnerships within a Florida property and casualty insurance environment. Develops partner business plans, monitors production and profitability metrics, identifies distribution opportunities, coordinates onboarding and initiatives, resolves escalated issues, and collaborates across sales, marketing, underwriting, product, operations, technology, and leadership. Represents the company at partner and industry events while ensuring activities align with regulatory, underwriting, and profitability objectives.

Leads the enterprise litigated claims program, overseeing litigation strategy, staff and outside counsel, legal resources, budgets, compliance, claim outcomes, and operational controls. Directs litigation leaders and attorneys, reviews high-risk matters, manages legal performance and costs, advises claims executives on exposure and strategy, and ensures timely handling of regulatory and litigation requirements. Requires Florida civil litigation and property and casualty claims experience, substantial legal leadership, and regular onsite work under a hybrid model.

Leads trial strategy and statewide litigation support for first-party property cases. Responsibilities include mentoring attorneys and paralegals, serving as lead or second-chair counsel, preparing witnesses, coordinating experts, conducting strategic depositions, developing training programs, and advising on litigation risks, settlements, trends, and trial outcomes.

Sells insurance products, converts new business leads, processes quotes and applications, evaluates applicant eligibility, advises customers on coverage and endorsements, maintains compliant agency documentation, supports policy changes and inquiries, and manages customer retention and risk-related activities. Requires a high school diploma, one year of related experience, and a Florida property and casualty license or ability to obtain one within 90 days.

Provide litigation support to attorneys on litigated claims: draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; manage case files; conduct legal research; prepare and summarize discovery; coordinate witnesses and trial prep; attend trials and assist with litigation strategy and communications.

Promotes and sells insurance products, converts new business leads, prepares quotes and applications, evaluates applicant eligibility, advises customers on coverage options, processes policy changes, maintains documentation, and supports risk and compliance requirements. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, customer service, and the ability to obtain a Florida property and casualty license.

Leads a team of Claims Examiners handling homeowner property and liability claims. Provides technical guidance, coverage and settlement oversight, regulatory compliance monitoring, workload management, training, performance leadership, budgeting, and resource planning. Reviews complex claims, supports litigation and regulatory reporting, analyzes trends, and responds to catastrophic events while maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product performance to support insurance product strategy. Conduct regulatory and filing research, identify process improvements, manage projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and support product launches and special initiatives in the Florida property insurance market.
