Design, execute, and maintain automated and manual tests for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and API applications. Create test plans, identify and track defects, validate requirements and acceptance criteria, support release readiness, produce QA metrics and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.

Perform QA analysis for business systems supporting policy and claims. Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and cases (manual and automated), validate system changes, document and drive defect resolution, coordinate QA across projects and releases, serve as QA lead on larger initiatives, collaborate with business and technical teams, and mentor other QA staff to ensure application quality before production deployment.

Analyze comparative rater performance and agency submission workflows to identify trends, improve quote-to-bind conversion, and recommend profitability improvements. Evaluate agency-facing technology, deliver training and in-person support, develop reporting and materials, and collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, and Product to address pricing, competitiveness, and process gaps. Support business continuity as needed.

Lead trial-ready litigation for complex first-party property insurance disputes, including courtroom representation, depositions, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. Mentor staff counsel, collaborate on defense strategies, prepare witnesses and experts, and support emergency response during natural disasters while maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The Statutory Accountant II is responsible for statutory accounting, financial statement preparation, regulatory reporting, and collaborating with the accounting team for accurate financial records.
