Architects and operates a multi-region AWS SaaS platform, including EKS, networking, IAM, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, reliability, and incident management. Develops Python automation and leads operational excellence initiatives. Designs and integrates AI-powered solutions for incident triage, root-cause analysis, deployment automation, monitoring, capacity planning, and developer productivity. Establishes AI governance, measures operational improvements, and collaborates with product, security, and engineering teams.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a key product area, including customer discovery, product strategy, roadmap development, execution, launch, and iteration. Partner with engineering, design, go-to-market, and executive teams to deliver customer-focused SaaS solutions. Define success metrics, analyze product performance, incorporate user feedback, advocate for customers, and mentor product team members.

Manage strategic cybersecurity customers by advising on SaaS integrations, APIs, vulnerability management, penetration testing, compliance, and platform adoption. Serve as the technical liaison between customers and Product and Engineering, lead executive business reviews, resolve escalations, identify churn risks, support renewals, and translate technical findings into business value. Build customer advocacy through beta programs, case studies, and white papers while maintaining strong retention, adoption, and NPS outcomes.

Manage strategic cybersecurity SaaS customers by advising on integrations, APIs, configurations, compliance value, and platform adoption. Serve as the technical liaison between customers, Product, and Engineering; lead executive business reviews, escalations, beta programs, renewal support, and churn-risk mitigation. Translate vulnerability management and penetration-testing findings into business value for CISOs and executives, while increasing adoption, retention, customer advocacy, and case-study participation.

Lead and scale Securin’s State, Local Government, and Education business. Define public-sector go-to-market strategy, own pipeline and revenue growth, build executive and channel relationships, navigate procurement processes, recruit and mentor Account Executives, influence product strategy, forecast performance, and establish scalable sales processes. The role also deploys AI-driven workflows to automate pipeline generation, deal progression, and reporting.

Lead internal and external communications, including media relations, PR, content creation, executive thought leadership, social media, brand messaging, crisis communications, and agency management. Translate complex cybersecurity topics for technical and nontechnical audiences, build journalist relationships, secure earned media, support launches and events, and align communications across Marketing, Sales, and Product.
