Own the end-to-end lifecycle, vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for high-impact SaaS cybersecurity products. Partner with engineering, design, go-to-market, customers, and executives to conduct discovery, define requirements, launch features, analyze metrics, and optimize outcomes. Mentor product teammates and influence cross-functional execution while applying technical fluency, data-driven decision-making, AI and LLM understanding, regulatory awareness, and customer advocacy.

Supports cybersecurity analysts, threat intelligence researchers, and vulnerability management engineers across threat monitoring, vulnerability assessment, CVE/NVD analysis, risk prioritization, incident alert triage, SIEM and EDR analysis, MITRE ATT&CK mapping, and security documentation. The intern contributes to Tribal infrastructure security projects, participates in mentoring and knowledge sharing, completes a cybersecurity capstone, and presents findings to company leadership and Tribal stakeholders.

Build and maintain automated infrastructure, CI/CD, security scanning, and deployment workflows using AWS, Terraform, Jenkins, and SonarQube. Identify and eliminate manual operational toil through AI-assisted automation, troubleshoot production and pipeline incidents, document solutions, and improve developer tooling. Partner with the India-based DevOps team on standards, handoffs, and on-call practices while evaluating and executing tooling migrations with minimal disruption.

Coordinate customer engagement projects by maintaining CRM and project data, tracking milestones and deadlines, organizing documentation, preparing status reports, coordinating customer and internal communications, scheduling meetings, recording notes, and following up on action items. The role identifies operational roadblocks, escalates missing information, and ensures stakeholders remain aligned on deliverables across Customer Success and Operations teams.

Lead and scale Securin’s State, Local Government, and Education business. Define public-sector go-to-market strategy, own pipeline and revenue growth, build executive and channel relationships, navigate procurement processes, recruit and mentor Account Executives, influence product strategy, forecast performance, and establish scalable sales processes. The role also deploys AI-driven workflows to automate pipeline generation, deal progression, and reporting.

Lead internal and external communications, including media relations, PR, content creation, executive thought leadership, social media, brand messaging, crisis communications, and agency management. Translate complex cybersecurity topics for technical and nontechnical audiences, build journalist relationships, secure earned media, support launches and events, and align communications across Marketing, Sales, and Product.
