Own strategic customer success for complex cybersecurity accounts. Advise customers on platform use, integrations, vulnerability management, ROI, and compliance; translate technical findings into executive business value; liaise with Product and Engineering; lead business reviews, beta programs, escalations, adoption audits, renewals, and churn-risk mitigation. Build executive relationships and turn key customers into references and advocates.

Conduct penetration tests and vulnerability assessments across networks, infrastructure, and web applications. Identify and exploit vulnerabilities, analyze findings, develop test plans, document results, and present remediation recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with technical teams on hardening and secure configurations, participate in red-team exercises, research emerging attack vectors, and develop prototype cybersecurity and analytics tools. The role also requires using GenAI tools and contributing to AI-enabled workflows.

Conduct OT/ICS, exploit development, vulnerability research, AI/LLM, web, cloud, API, and red-team penetration tests. Assess industrial systems, protocols, binaries, firmware, applications, and agentic AI systems; develop exploits and fuzzing harnesses; validate attack paths safely; map findings to security frameworks; write reports and advisories; present results to stakeholders; advise on remediation; and mentor analysts while contributing to offensive security tooling and research.
