Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, presentations, contract negotiations, onboarding collaboration, account retention, upselling, forecasting in HubSpot, market analysis, and customer relationship management. The remote role requires up to 20% travel and a valid driver's license.

Reviews and processes LSAC fee waiver applications, verifies documentation, maintains applicant records, tracks approvals, communicates with applicants and stakeholders, prepares notices and reports, and supports audits, quality assurance, compliance, and related administrative projects.

Engage C-suite and IT decision-makers, collaborate with technical teams to craft proposals, lead demonstrations and negotiations, and ensure smooth handoffs to account management while reporting market insights and pipeline status.

Designs, implements, and maintains Palo Alto-based secure network access for enterprise customers. Migrates legacy firewalls, builds security policies, troubleshoots via log/packet analysis, supports SD‑WAN/remote access, mentors on upgrades, and collaborates with network, cloud, and operations teams. Provides on-call support and ensures deliverables meet project scope.

Implement and lead Cortex XSOAR security automation and incident response for customers. Develop playbooks, integrate with security technologies (SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoints), troubleshoot networks, communicate with stakeholders, and lead teams to operationalize security automation.
