Designs, implements, and maintains Palo Alto-based secure network access for enterprise customers. Migrates legacy firewalls, builds security policies, troubleshoots via log/packet analysis, supports SD‑WAN/remote access, mentors on upgrades, and collaborates with network, cloud, and operations teams. Provides on-call support and ensures deliverables meet project scope.

Implement and lead Cortex XSOAR security automation and incident response for customers. Develop playbooks, integrate with security technologies (SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoints), troubleshoot networks, communicate with stakeholders, and lead teams to operationalize security automation.

Sell managed IT, print, hardware, and cybersecurity solutions to SMBs. Generate new business, build pipeline, conduct demos, create proposals with technical teams, negotiate contracts, use CRM for reporting, and provide market feedback to management. Travel up to 10% and work remotely within specified U.S. territories.
