Performs financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, reporting, and trend analysis. Manages NetSuite and NSPB planning systems, reporting hierarchies, consolidated headcount reports, lender and management reporting, and close-process support. Partners with cross-functional teams to improve business and reporting processes using modern analytics tools and AI. Provides financial insights and business support to executives, management, and Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Sales, Billing, and Accounting teams.

Provide on-site desktop and network support to hospital staff: install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac systems, productivity software, and hardware; monitor backups and network traffic; deliver remote desktop assistance; document requests and escalate issues to IT management while following company policies.

Drive new business within a mid-market territory by prospecting, building pipeline, and closing managed IT and cybersecurity deals. Engage C-suite and IT decision-makers, collaborate with technical teams to craft proposals, lead demonstrations and negotiations, and ensure smooth handoffs to account management while reporting market insights and pipeline status.
