Provides phone, remote, and on-site technical support for healthcare professionals using Paragon and Athena EMR systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and clinical application incidents; monitoring servers; escalating alerts; installing software; supporting backups and restorations; and helping maintain security controls. The role also requires excellent customer service, technical communication, analytical problem-solving, ticketing-system experience, and compliance with client procedures and healthcare security requirements.

Supports test security operations by managing administrative workflows, monitoring the security inbox, communicating with candidates, processing violations, assisting investigations and score challenges, and maintaining activity reports. The role requires careful handling of confidential information, strong communication and proofreading skills, organization, independent judgment, and timely completion of tasks. This is a six-month hybrid contract requiring two to three office days per week.

Drives new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts for managed edge services, managed print, equipment support, and distributed device infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, presentations, contract negotiations, onboarding collaboration, account retention, upselling, forecasting in HubSpot, market analysis, and customer relationship management. The remote role requires up to 20% travel and a valid driver's license.
