Sell managed IT, print, hardware, and cybersecurity solutions to SMBs. Generate new business, build pipeline, conduct demos, create proposals with technical teams, negotiate contracts, use CRM for reporting, and provide market feedback to management. Travel up to 10% and work remotely within specified U.S. territories.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting using NetSuite/NSPB and reporting tools. Produce internal and external reporting packages, analyze P&L and business metrics, support accounting close and headcount reporting, maintain reporting hierarchies, automate and improve reporting processes with PowerBI/PowerQuery and AI tools, and provide business support to executives and cross-functional teams.

Execute defined IT implementation tasks, stage and test equipment, provide remote and phone support for field technicians, participate in project meetings, communicate task status, and perform occasional on-site installations in the Greater Omaha area while building technical and project execution skills.
