Provide on-site desktop and network support to hospital staff: install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac systems, productivity software, and hardware; monitor backups and network traffic; deliver remote desktop assistance; document requests and escalate issues to IT management while following company policies.

Execute defined IT implementation tasks, stage and test equipment, provide remote and phone support for field technicians, participate in project meetings, communicate task status, and perform occasional on-site installations in the Greater Omaha area while building technical and project execution skills.

Review, process, and track waiver applications for completeness and compliance; enter and maintain applicant data; communicate with applicants and stakeholders; generate reports; support audits, quality assurance, and administrative projects while maintaining confidentiality.
