Support the Seattle Sounders FC Performance team in training setup and execution, GPS and monitoring data collection and analysis, mobility/lifting/activation sessions, equipment setup/breakdown, weight room maintenance, and curriculum/project support during a 12+ week educational internship requiring academic credit.

Drive new and renewal ticket sales for Seattle Sounders FC through heavy outbound outreach, virtual presentations, stadium tours, and customer service. Manage and document member and prospect interactions in Salesforce/Archtics, execute retention campaigns, support matchday and events, and use AI responsibly for research and outreach. Meet sales and retention targets while delivering tailored fan experiences and supporting corporate sales initiatives.

Support first-team travel, matchday operations, and daily team logistics. Plan and execute travel, serve as on-site operational lead, coordinate with internal teams and visiting clubs, manage budgets and expenses, maintain schedules and league compliance, oversee facility readiness, vendors, and a part-time Visiting Team Liaison, and perform related operational duties to ensure a professional team environment.
