Leads full-cycle talent acquisition for Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle Reign FC, and RAVE Foundation. Owns complex and confidential searches, advises executives on workforce planning, builds talent pipelines, improves recruiting systems, and establishes consistent, inclusive hiring standards. The role also leads responsible AI and automation adoption, recruiting analytics, hiring-manager coaching, compliance practices, and mentorship of People & Culture partners.

Owns the clubs’ marketing automation platform, including migration, architecture, governance, deliverability, privacy, data quality, and cross-channel lifecycle journeys. Builds segmentation, lead scoring, experimentation, reporting, and AI-enabled automation across email, SMS, push, in-app, and paid media. Partners with BI, CRM, ticketing, digital, IT, and marketing teams to connect campaigns to ticketing and membership revenue while enabling compliant, independent campaign execution.
