Coordinate construction projects from planning through completion: update schedules, manage procurement and resources, run meetings and documentation, perform site inspections, and report progress to clients and management.

Provide administrative and accounting support including processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling statements, recording deposits, preparing purchase orders, ensuring timesheets and receipts are coded, importing and reconciling credit card transactions, assisting month/end and year/end close, and managing daily office operations and vendor/visitor interactions.
