Operate production machinery to fabricate die-cut gaskets, seals, O-rings and molded parts per job specifications. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections, follow safety policies, meet productivity and quality targets, cross-train and assist other departments as needed.

Serve as the on-site HR partner for a ~50-person family-owned company supporting full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, training, compliance, safety, and employee relations. Maintain HRIS records, process weekly payroll, monitor time and attendance, support leadership on employee issues, and promote wellness and training initiatives.

Fabricate orders to specifications on first shift, operate machinery safely, perform secondary inspections and pause sorting for quality issues, cross-train across departments, and meet productivity, quality, and efficiency targets.

Prepare accurate production quotes by collaborating with Inside Sales and Process Engineers; apply knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, tooling, machinery, and manpower to meet customer requirements while ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Lead and manage daily plant operations at the Syracuse facility to meet production, quality, on-time shipment, and cost targets. Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, productivity, safety compliance, continuous improvement (5S/Lean/Six Sigma), equipment issues, and performance management to develop talent and increase capacity.

Support cross-functional teams to monitor and improve product quality using APQP/PPAP and core quality tools. Perform audits, first-piece qualification, data analysis, support launches and customer audits, track and close quality issues, and maintain QMS and customer-specific requirements.
