Hands-on HR Generalist supporting a ~50-person Syracuse site. Manage full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance reviews, HRIS recordkeeping, training, safety, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.

Manage order entry, customer support, quoting and part setup. Provide order status and expedite as needed, source raw materials, review forecasts, maintain the ERP, and support account managers and outside sales. Opportunity to progress from inside sales/customer service into full account management.

Lead and manage daily plant operations at the Syracuse facility to meet production, quality, on-time shipment, and cost targets. Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, productivity, safety compliance, continuous improvement (5S/Lean/Six Sigma), equipment issues, and performance management to develop talent and increase capacity.
