Hands-on HR Generalist supporting a ~50-person Syracuse site. Manage full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance reviews, HRIS recordkeeping, training, safety, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.

Support daily supply chain operations including interplant transfers, purchase order creation and maintenance, supplier coordination, freight quoting/tracking, procurement of indirect/MRO items, and ensuring timely deliveries and compliance.

Manage order entry, customer support, quoting and part setup. Provide order status and expedite as needed, source raw materials, review forecasts, maintain the ERP, and support account managers and outside sales. Opportunity to progress from inside sales/customer service into full account management.
