Manage order entry, customer support, quoting and part setup. Provide order status and expedite as needed, source raw materials, review forecasts, maintain the ERP, and support account managers and outside sales. Opportunity to progress from inside sales/customer service into full account management.

Pay Range: $60K - $70K

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of HR experience
Proficiency working in a computer-supported environment with payroll and HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow; able to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy

Physical Requirements:

Job performed mostly at a computer workstation sitting or standing for up to 8 hours per day
