Identifies savings through commingling, co-mailing, destination entry, drop shipping, promotions, and mail-piece design. Supports sales proposals, pricing, onboarding, training, and client communications; manages USPS and vendor relationships; analyzes postage data and ROI; monitors postal developments; and provides backup for mail-entry operations.

Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains internal and client-facing web applications using .NET/C#, MVC, React, JavaScript, SQL databases, APIs, and SSO integrations. The role also supports workflow automation, data-driven marketing programs, system integrations, documentation, testing, version control, and process improvement. It requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and adoption of AI-assisted development tools.

Drive profitable revenue growth through strategic account management, new business development, consultative selling, and expansion of existing client relationships. Own a portfolio of strategic clients, build qualified pipelines, lead discovery and executive presentations, manage full sales cycle, coordinate internal resources, ensure successful onboarding, and provide accurate forecasting and CRM reporting while monitoring market trends and resolving client escalations.
