Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable web and software applications. Build front-end interfaces (React, HTML/CSS) and back-end services (.NET/C#, MVC) with SQL/Postgres databases, REST and SSO integrations, and automations for marketing workflows. Maintain SDLC practices, documentation, version control, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SeaChange MIS and GATHER integrations and process automation.

Lead and execute SeaChange’s day-to-day B2B marketing: project management, campaign and content development, sales enablement, events and trade show management, website and digital performance, vendor coordination, and KPI-driven optimization to support revenue growth.

Drive profitable revenue growth through strategic account management, new business development, consultative selling, and expansion of existing client relationships. Own a portfolio of strategic clients, build qualified pipelines, lead discovery and executive presentations, manage full sales cycle, coordinate internal resources, ensure successful onboarding, and provide accurate forecasting and CRM reporting while monitoring market trends and resolving client escalations.
