Manage end-to-end payroll and personnel administration for SD Worx Romania, ensuring compliance with Romanian labour law. Process monthly payroll, validate timesheets, administer benefits, submit statutory declarations (REGES, D112), maintain personnel files, handle onboarding/offboarding, respond to employee payroll queries, track leave and absences, and prepare HR reports for management.

Process accurate, timely payroll for assigned customers; ensure compliance and statutory reporting; maintain SOPs; support system testing, year-end activities, onboarding, and continuous payroll process improvements while collaborating with clients and colleagues.
