The role investigates potential sanctions matches, monitors regulatory developments, assesses jurisdictional risks, supports AML/CFT processes, maintains audit-ready documentation, advises business and legal stakeholders, and contributes to policies, procedures, training, and control improvements.

Deliver end-to-end HRIS implementations for Dutch-speaking Belgian clients: analyze requirements, configure and customize Protime HR software, run trainings and workshops, provide advice and support to maximize customer adoption and success.

Manage outsourced payroll delivery for multinational clients, ensuring accurate and compliant processing, payroll controls, statutory reporting, year-end activities, and SLA performance. Handle complex payroll cases and escalations, coordinate change orders, maintain SOPs and work instructions, support system implementations and testing, and collaborate with clients, country teams, tax authorities, and benefit providers. Provide training and guidance to payroll administrators while driving process improvements and localization activities.
