Leads the firm’s AI strategy, platform administration, and adoption of emerging legal technologies. Designs and deploys AI-enabled workflows, prompts, agents, and templates; partners with attorneys and business teams; manages vendors; develops training and documentation; and promotes responsible use, confidentiality, security, governance, and compliance. Monitors adoption and solution performance while advising leadership on AI opportunities and improvements.

Supports sales teams with technical expertise across optical networking, networking software, automation, and managed services. Assesses customer needs, designs and sizes network solutions, demonstrates hardware and software, supports proposals and pricing, and provides technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. Leads civil and environmental engineering projects for municipal and industrial water, wastewater, stormwater, and public infrastructure clients. Manages project design, permitting, quality control, budgets, schedules, construction coordination, and client relationships. Supports regional business development and office growth in Bangor, Maine, while mentoring junior engineers and assisting the Regional Director with operational management.

Designs, specifies, verifies, and supports production of optical systems for robotic and human spaceflight. Responsibilities include camera optics design, athermalization, stray-light minimization, STOP analysis, calibration planning, optical subcontract management, and design reviews. The role addresses harsh space environments and requires expertise in ZEMAX, radiation-hardened optics, metrology, wavefront measurement, radiometric calibration, and visible/infrared sensor physics.

Designs low- and medium-voltage switchgear, generator controls, microgrid systems, and SCADA solutions. Creates schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, bills of materials, and one-line diagrams using AutoCAD. Coordinates with clients, suppliers, purchasing, manufacturing, and testing teams. The Industrial Engineer I leads and supports manufacturing process improvement, new product introductions, facility transformation, technology transfers, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include optimizing material and information flow, developing process documentation, improving manufacturing methods and systems, designing layouts, and selecting equipment. The role collaborates with shop floor personnel and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support operational excellence.

Reviews and optimizes manufacturing processes using lean methods, provides technical shop-floor support, coordinates engineering and production teams, leads process improvement projects, develops process measures and training, and supports product assembly and testing to customer and UL requirements.

Designs and analyzes mechanical systems for existing NASA Johnson Space Center facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, heating, cooling, fire protection, gases, and building controls. Manages assigned projects, coordinates with NASA project managers, performs site walks, prepares mechanical documentation, conducts load and equipment sizing calculations, and produces plans using AutoCAD. Leads metallurgical, welding, NDT, and quality investigations; develops welding qualifications; supports customers and senior leadership; conducts supplier audits; maintains technical procedures; and mentors junior metallurgical and quality staff.
