Leads the firm’s AI strategy, platform administration, and adoption of emerging legal technologies. Designs and deploys AI-enabled workflows, prompts, agents, and templates; partners with attorneys and business teams; manages vendors; develops training and documentation; and promotes responsible use, confidentiality, security, governance, and compliance. Monitors adoption and solution performance while advising leadership on AI opportunities and improvements.

Supports sales teams with technical expertise across optical networking, networking software, automation, and managed services. Assesses customer needs, designs and sizes network solutions, demonstrates hardware and software, supports proposals and pricing, and provides technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. The role also coordinates network design projects, supports proofs of concept, researches technologies, troubleshoots optical networks, and trains internal teams.

Supports mechanical engineering projects from concept through completion by researching specifications, performing calculations, creating machinery and assembly drawings, ordering parts, and coordinating with production, testing, sales, suppliers, and electrical engineers. Provides technical support, monitors project progress, prepares submittal and quoting drawings, resolves design issues, and ensures equipment designs meet customer expectations, applicable standards, schedules, and cost targets.
