Manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle for UK customers: prospect, qualify, discovery, forecast, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Act as a trusted advisor on security and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001), collaborate with SDRs, solution engineers and CS to drive revenue and exceed quotas.

Serve as a customer-facing technical advisor on cloud security and compliance. Conduct cloud architecture reviews, map remediation to compliance controls (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA), provide hands-on guidance to engineering/DevOps, champion the Scrut platform, feed product/engineering with customer feedback, and create technical reference content and best-practice guidance.

Design, build, and operate reliable, scalable backend services and APIs. Own backend architecture, data modeling, event-driven workflows, and production systems. Debug incidents, optimize performance, ensure observability, write tests, and mentor junior engineers.

Investigate and resolve P0-P4 product issues end-to-end by analysing logs, API traces, and browser behavior; reproduce bugs and create reports; troubleshoot SaaS integrations (cloud, HRIS, ITSM, identity); manage tickets via Slack, Jira and email; maintain runbooks and documentation; collaborate with Engineering and Product while communicating status and workarounds to customers.
